In the last few weeks we have had three instances of members including our website in their emails. Just for your information, if you have something you think may qualify for posting on the website, please send it to Bob Mitchell at kwvarjm@aol.com. Bob is our website liaison and the system has been set up so that the webmaster will not take any action on such requests unless it comes from him. You can understand how chaotic it could become if the webmaster was being inundated with all kinds of requests from our many individual members. Also, he would still need approval to post things before he could do so, and so it would still end up being routed to Bob. Probably, a lot of the messages going to the website are being sent inadvertently. To prevent this, please check your group mailing lists. If you have kwvahouston.com or info@kwvahouston.com, or webmaster@kwvahouston.com or anything else that sounds like the website address, please delete it from your list. Thanks for your cooperation.
